…are adjacent and should be considered together.

Sunrise is the star up here! These two sites sit at the highest elevation of the campground, and they face eastward. The first rays of dawn will illuminate your tent as the Wood Thrush warbles her welcome.

The wooded mountainsides enclose on three sides these upper-level sites, while to the east the slope falls away down toward the Stage Area. When there is music on the Stage, you can take in the show from your balcony seat in your own campsite!

LOGISTICS: From the Loading/Unloading area to Campsite #1 is about one hundred and sixty (160) steps, up a smooth clear soft dirt path that rises steeply. There is a wagon you can use to move your stuff, but let me repeat: it is a stiff climb. Pack light.

From Campsite #1 to the Shower House (bathroom!) is about one hundred and forty (140) steps down that hill. Plan ahead.
